Step 1: Identify the need for change

The step-by-step guide can be printed at the last page of 'Know How'. To get there you need to go through each step by clicking the blue arrow on the righthand side of the menu.

• Think about which changes in your sector are most relevant and how these affect the youth group.
• Have a general idea of what is needed in your youth group to adapt to these changes.
